SO MUCH WEALTH IN AGRICULTURE

People believe that the only way to become successful in life is to have a white collar job. But i tell you, working for someone or owning a white collar job limits your capability in life. individuals, even after owning a job will still want to explore other opportunities to derive satisfaction and also obtain financial freedom.
Starting a business which is the alternative is quite expensive as well. Many businesses involves having a good start up capital which can be obtained either by seeking for loans from the bank or have a good savings from a white collar job that could be used to invest. To sustain a business, one needs to continuously rollover the capital on till the summation of the total profit for a period of time super-cedes the capital then you say you have broken even.

Today i will introduce you to a business which needs little, less or more capital to start, depending on how you want it and it generates large continuous profit.
Agriculture is the perfect business which generates lots of income, more than what one can imagine. If you go back in history, Agriculture was Nigeria's major trade. The country is rich in agriculture farming, exploring this sector would be the best thing ever happening to one.
Agric farming is wide to the extent that one can't explore everything. It can be broken down to various farming as listed below.

1} Livestock Farming:-
  • Cattle rearing
  • Goat farming
2} Poultry Farming
3} Fishery/ Fish Farming
4} Maize, Cassava, Melon & Rice Farming.

I really want to emphasize more on number 4. The unique thing about either maize, cassava, melon or rice farming is that you can actually earn at each complete sale of bags. One of the end product of Cassava is Garri. The cost of a bag of Garri is between the range of N6,000 to N8,000. Garri is widely used in Nigeria which makes it very demanding and easy to be sold. When you calculate the population of people in a state with the price of each bags, you will find out that there is a huge income to grab. If one is to have a production as low as a 1000 bags in a year and sold for N8,000 each, you can then say that a sale of N8million could be made yearly. Same applies to Maize, Cassava and Rice.

In my next episode, I will explain what you need to spend; the materials needed and labour in-order to achieve an excellent production and sale.
