The difference between Employees and Entrepreneurs:
The Employees are Overpaid in the beginning but Underpaid for the rest of their lives if they remain in the job.Employees are overpaid at their jobs in the beginning because they receive full salary even when they don't know what to do in the first few days on the job ,but once they work in the company for a while they are Underpaid for the rest of their time there because they make a lot of money for the company to compare to what they are paid.
The reverse is true for the MLM Entrepreneurs, They work hard in the beginning and may earn little, but they hit big per day later on. So the Entrepreneurs are underpaid in the beginning, but Overpaid for the rest of their lives.
The question now is where do you belong or where do you want to belong?
If you are an entrepreneur or you want to become one, bear in mind that you have made yourself one of the persons that wants to change the world for good and money will work for you for the rest of your life but if you are an employee, the world will continue to change you because all you will be asking for is raise in wages/salaries and promotion.
However, let's see the different routes an employee or someone who does not want to do something in life to make a difference/living and an entrepreneur takes on a daily basis.
For the Entrepreneur, he will always ask himself/herself;

But have consistency in their motivation."-- Arsene Wenger
Nothing Great can be achieved without Consistency in efforts and Personal Development.
You must never lose enthusiasm!
You just have to keep pushing till you Achieve your ultimate GOAL of Financial Freedom and the Good Life you desire to live.
Take a moment now and ask yourself these 4 questions:
1- Have I truly been consistent?
2- Have I really tapped into the best of my potentials?
3- What is currently lacking in my TEAM Business?
4- What can I do from today to position my TEAM Business for Great Success before the end of the month or year?
Take Action accordingly and stay FOCUSED.
Remember, Greatness lies in You and there is no limit to which your mind could go.
But a lazy person who wants to remain poor will do the following;
1. Never wake up early but keep stretching and turning in bed until he/she gets too hungry to continue dozing. If there are no bedbugs, why hurry to get up?
2. Never plans how to spend money. Whenever money comes, he/she start spending it right away and when it's finished, he/she tries to count and recall how it has been spent.
3. Don't think of saving until they have real big money. How can they save when they earn so little? Those telling them to save are not sympathetic to their burning needs.
4. Don't engage in activities usually reserved for the "uneducated".
How could they, graduates, engage in petty trade, network marketing or homebased production? That's for people who never went to school!
5. Don't think of starting a business until an angel comes from heaven and gives them capital. How do they expect them to invest before they get millions? Even though more than half the businesses in their town were started with little capital, they as smart persons can only start with millions.
6. Complain about everything except their own attitude and laziness. Blame the system, the government and the banks that refused to lend them money. They are all bad and do not want them to get rich.
7. Spend more than they earn. To achieve this, buy consumer products on credit and keep borrowing from friends and employers.
8. Compete in dressing. Make sure they're wearing the latest clothes. Intimidate the congregation with their trendy fashions every Sunday.
Whenever their neighbour buys a new phone, they get one that is more expensive.
9. Get themselves nice second hand car that costs more than three times your yearly salary.
10. Gives their children everything they ask for, since they're such loving parents. They should not struggle for anything because they do not want them to suffer that way, they will grow up lazy and hence poor enough to ensure they can't contribute anything to the society.
I wonder if there is something wrong with someone being useful/responsible to herself/himself, their families , communities, and the society at large?
To be successful is a choice and not by chance.
