Add 1/2cup of sugar or as desired
Add a pinch of salt
Add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of dry milk or 1/2 tin of liquid milk or as desired

Add 2table spoon full of yeast to it and mix properly
Add the beaten egg and other liquid flavours and mix properly
Add water little by little as u kneed/mix until it the texture appears in fufu like form
Then cover it and allow it to rise up.
Check it after ten minutes , if it has risen, bring it to your clean and dry table.
Spread some flour on the table to avoid the dough gumming/sticking to the table.
Rob some flour on the rolling pin and spread the dough on the table
The thickness should be about 2mm, cut the dough with a round cutter and get a cover of bottle water to cut the centre of the cut dough so as to have that ring shape.
Put your oil in the frying pan and place it on fire
Very moderate fire and the oil be enough to cover the dough when you put it in the frying pan to fry.
Keep turning the dough until its totally golden brown, use the frying spoon to bail it out of the oil and put it in the sieve placed on a deep plate so that oil on the body of the dough would drop in the plate. You could serve hot or allow it to cool.
Your doughnut is ready.
