How many of us uses soap to do anything or to wash? Either cloth, plate , or to bath? Do you know you can save yourself some money by producing the soap yourself?
Do you know you can make it more original and personally customised ?
Do you know you can even brand it and some fortune from it?
The answer is yes but how?
First of all why should you make a soap when you can easily buy from the market?
Now the answer is....if you don't have a why for anything you want to do, the how will never be there. It all depends on how big your WHY is. If your why is big enough for you to jump into a moving truck just for you to get what you want, then the how to jump into that moving truck will not be a problem.

LiQUID LAUNDRY SOAP PRODUCTION!
We shall be talking about and producing laundry soap here of which you can practicalize it on your own with the parameters I shall list below.

Raw materials needed.               Quantity
Nitrosol.                                            0.15kg
Sulphunic acid.                                0.5kg or 1/2ltre
Soda ash.                                            0.1kg
Caustic soda                                        0.1kg
SLS                                                           0.1kg
Texapon.                                                  0.15kg
STPP.                                                         0.1kg
Colourant                                 as desired
Fragrance.                                As desired
Formalin.                                   Very little

SLS means sodium loryl sulphate and its a foaming agent
STPP means Sodiumtripodyphusphate serves as preservative.
Caustic soda and soda ash are cleaning agents.
Sulphonic acid and texapon are also foaming agents and acts as an additives.

Now you have the materials and measurements, let's do it.
 These parameters given above are for 10ltrs of water.

Now measure out ten litres of water in a calibrated bucket
From the ten litres, measure out a small volume of water about two litres to soak the solid materials in a different bowl.Mix sulphunic acid and texapon together without water to blend very well.
Disolve nitrosol in the mixing chamber(the bucket with the big water) to smoothness
Dissolve the SLS in a different bowl from the water you earlier to smoothness.
Dissolve caustic soda in a different bowl as well.
Dissolve the soda ash and STPP in another bowl differently .
Now that you have dissolved these materials, add the caustic soda too the mixture and stir vigorously.
Added the soda ash and continue stirring
Add the SLS and stir continuously
Add the mixed sulphunic acid and texapon and stir vigorously
Add the STPP and keep stirring
Add the formalin n keep stirring
Dissolve your colourant and add as desired and stir
Finally add your fragrance and stir vigorously and your liquid soap is ready.
Now you can package and sale and make some good money for yourself.
